The Law Offices of Jill Puertas LLC specializes in the practice of law in the area of family law, including mediation, divorce, legal separation, child support enforcement and modification, child custody, guardianship and conservatorship appointment for disabled adults, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
In addition to handling contested matters, we provide mediation and non-contested solutions for family law matters because it is expeditious, less expensive, and less adversarial. Most people choose mediation because it offers a level of dignity and control that the courtroom simply cannot provide. We firmly believe that divorce doesn't have to be ugly if we focus on the future, maintain respect, and effectively problem solve. Call, text or email us today to find out more about mediation and non-contested family law solutions.
